Change of plans? No worries!

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation. The change must be communicated to us in writing via email at info@nordiclakeland.com.

You may choose another available activity of the same price within 14 days of the original date – or upgrade to a more premium experience by simply paying the difference.

Weekly departures are always guaranteed, except in cases of severe weather conditions.

If the activity is cancelled, you may choose to join the next available tour or receive a full refund.

For safety reasons, the activity may be cancelled in case of a heavy thunderstorm, wind exceeding 5 m/s (for water-based activities), or temperatures below -25 °C.
