Guaranteed Tours
Weekly departures are always guaranteed, except in cases of severe weather conditions.
For safety reasons, the activity may be cancelled in case of a heavy thunderstorm, wind exceeding 5 m/s (for water-based activities), or temperatures below -25 °C.
If the activity is cancelled, you may choose to join another available tour within 14 days of the original date or receive a full refund.

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation.
You may choose another available activity of the same price within 14 days of the original date – or upgrade to a more premium experience by simply paying the difference.

The cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via email.You may cancel your activity if you are unable to attend.

From 7 days to 24 hours before the activity – 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before the activity – No refund
