Description

During the sauna ceremony, your body and mind will relax as you learn about the centuries-old sauna tradition from two local hosts. After this experience, you will have become familiar with the essence of Finnish culture and developed a connection to the story, spirit, and elements of the sauna.

Immerse yourself in the warmth, surrounded by soothing scents and steam. Cool off in the crisp outdoor air, take a dip in the icy lake if you like.
Let the sauna’s heat melt away tension and the ice swim improve circulation, when the contrast of heat and cold boosts endorphins, leaving you deeply refreshed. Your hosts will be with you throughout the experience. After a refreshing and calming sauna, enjoy local Finnish snacks and drinks in a beautiful natural setting.

If you’re lucky, you might see the magical starry sky or the northern lights dancing across the dark Arctic sky. Please note that the northern lights are a natural phenomenon, and we cannot guarantee their activity, brightness, or colors on the tour day.

After all this, you will have lived a day like a local and connected to the relaxing Arctic wellness.

Please note, the traditional sauna has no electricity or running water, but your hosts have taken care of everything.
