Do I need to book the experience in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is required. You can purchase your spot on the tour through our website under the Experiences section.
Can you take my food restrictions into account?
Yes, we can accommodate your dietary restrictions if you let us know when making your booking and before the tour takes place.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes during the tour for restrictions that were not communicated in advance.
Is the tour location private, or will there be other guests?
Some parts of the experience, such as forest trails, campfire sites, and public attractions like the zoo, may have other visitors present.
However, saunas are always reserved for the private use of your group.
Do I need to be concerned about dangerous wildlife or anything similar?
There is no need to worry. We do not have large wild animals or predators moving freely in our area. The lakes and waters are safe — there are no dangerous animals in them.
Can I join the tour even if I have no prior experience?
Yes! Our activities are designed for everyone and don’t require any prior hiking or outdoor experience.
You’ll learn new skills in a gentle and supportive way.
What if the weather is bad?
We are prepared for light rain and cold weather with proper clothing and rain ponchos.
However, if there is thunder and lightning, or if the wind on the water exceeds 5 m/s, the tour will be cancelled.
You can choose to join the next available tour or receive a full refund.
